Hello everyone! I hope you’re all doing well! Kindy 2 is back, this time we’re learning about countries! It’s a pretty fun topic, and with so many countries to learn about, the fun never stops!

First we keep it simple by learning which flag belongs to which country. We cover countries such as Japan (of course!), America, Australia, Spain, Brazil and many more!

Once we have the flags figured out, it’s time to dive a bit deeper into what makes each country unique. We learn things such as local foods, capital cities, and national monuments! It’s certainly a lot of information to take in, so we’re sure to go at a nice and steady pace.

Then comes review time! What better way to review? A game! The rues are simple: listen to Andrew say a country, then be the first one to touch the correct flag! It was definitely fun to make things a little competitive, but in the end everyone was able to get a flashcard.

As the game winds down, it’s time for one final review. When Andrew says a country, bring the flashcard back if you have it. Overall, it was a ton of fun and Kindy 2 was able to show that they are extremely good at identifying flags from around the world! Keep up the great work, Kindy 2!
