Hello, everyone! Today, Preschool wants to show you what we can do when we find ourselves looking at the dotted lines that make up letters or words! We’re going to trace them! Before we can start tracing, we have to raise our hands to make a baby shark!
Holding one hand up, baby shark is ready to grab onto our pencils!
We’re ready! Can we have pencils please?
We can’t wait to get started on our tracing! Let’s go!
However! We don’t always have a pencil! When we have markers, we have to hold them just as nicely! But that’s not a problem for us, we do our best anyway!
We put our sleeves up so they don’t get messy if we touch the ink!
So far, we know we can trace on paper, but we can write on the whiteboard, too! We have our big and small letters to connect!
Capital “O” is finished, now to connect it to the lowercase letter!
I’m resting my baby finger on the board so I can try to write more neatly!
I did it! I traced and connected uppercase and lowercase “H”!
“I finished tracing! Can you check my work?”
We like to watch how our friends can write their letters!
Everyone had so much fun tracing their names and writing letters on the whiteboard! Not only did we practice writing, but we practiced matching uppercase and lowercase letters, too! Amazing job, Preschool!
