Welcome everyone to Preschool Sports Day! We did our games in the gym this year!

To warm up, we started with an active dance! We did our best to make a beautiful circle so everyone could see what to do next!

Okay everyone! Clap your hands together and we’ll begin!

It’s time to make ourselves small small small! Good job getting low to the floor!

We’re gonna make the shape of a ball!

Once we’ve achieved our ball shape, it’s time to jump up and become a star!

That’s it! Well done, superstars!

At the end of the song, everyone held hands and moved in and out of the circle! We had fun with this flowing movement!

Not too close! Be gentle with your friends!

Our next activity was a bit more challenging! We threw balls into the net! We tried our best even though the pole was really tall!

There’s still more to throw!

I know what to do, I’m super focused!

I’m going to throw it really hard, watch!

Amazing job! Now we have to count all the balls in the net, let’s see how well we did!

Wow! What a big pile! We were able to count to 99!

For our final challenge, we did our super tricky obstacle course! We had several things to do from start to finish! We started with basketball, it’s tough to get it in the hoop!

I can do it! In it goes!

Another one of our obstacles was the balance beam! It was really narrow, but it wasn’t scary at all! We did our best to get across safely!

I’ll jump off! I’m finished with the beam!

For the last challenge, we had to kick a soccer ball into the goal! It was a little hard to make the goal with accuracy, but we tried our best!

I’m so strong, I can make the ball go in! Goal !!

Finally, once we were all finished with our games, we received our prizes! Everyone got a super cool ball to take home! We even took a group photo to show our present we worked so hard for!

Everyone did their best for our sports day! Wonderful job, Preschool! You did it!
